Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To report a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take video and photos clearly showing the fault.
  2. Describe the issue in detail.
  3. Contact us with the video, photos, and description. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Send the faulty item back to the designated address provided by us.

Replacements and Refunds for Faulty Items

Upon receiving and verifying the faulty item, we will arrange for a replacement within 7 working days, subject to stock availability.

If we are unable to replace the item within 14 calendar days due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a full refund to your original payment method.
