Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To report a faulty item, please follow these steps:
- Take video and photos clearly showing the fault.
- Describe the issue in detail.
- Contact us with the video, photos, and description. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Send the faulty item back to the designated address provided by us.
Replacements and Refunds for Faulty Items
Upon receiving and verifying the faulty item, we will arrange for a replacement within 7 working days, subject to stock availability.
If we are unable to replace the item within 14 calendar days due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a full refund to your original payment method.
